If every day you get a mountain and you feel like nothing is spreading, try making these changes
The alarms clock rings. You linger in bed. You feel that you have not rested at all. With the morning shower and coffee, you make yourself smart. You try to be positive. Come on, there are only three days left until Friday. You get dressed and go to the office. You don't go back there. You have energy peaks, but you feel that you are not productive and that everything becomes a mountain for you. It is time to go home. You still have thousands of pending tasks because the day has not spread.
If this all sounds familiar to you, reader, you may not be eating the right thing or the right time. To be productive at work (and in your life) it is important not only to sleep well, but also to give your body the right fuel it needs and in the right amount.
Diet adjustments to be more productive
In order for you to get out of this dynamic that takes you nowhere and consumes your vital energy, we suggest you make some dietary adjustments that will go a long way:
1) Make this breakfast
Breakfast is called that for a reason. Break-fast, or what is the same, end the 12-hour fast. All the foods you ate for dinner have already been digested, and the nutrients have already been absorbed.
If you skip breakfast, you are running a machine (your body) without fuel (without caloric load). Outcome? Fatigue, dizziness, and cloudy mind.
The best thing is that your first meal of the day includes proteins (eggs, ham ...), whole fruit (no juices) and whole grains, such as oats.
2) Eat little at lunch
You have to eat around 2 pm, but without going overboard. One study found that overeating leads to increased carbohydrate cravings, hunger, and sadness; and a reduction in pleasant feelings such as satisfaction, relaxation, or tranquility. For all this, you must eat well to be satisfied but without filling up completely.
3) Foods to avoid
The hippocampus is the region of the brain that affects a person's learning abilities. And eating junk food has a negative impact on this area. Additionally, trans fats reduce one of the brain's vital fatty acids (DHA).
If you want to continue enjoying hamburgers, pizzas ... you can do it in moderation but outside of your office hours, as they affect your productivity.
4) No buns or cookies
Many people make the mistake of eating ' energy food ' thinking that it will be better for them. We refer to the typical bars, cookies, refined cereals ... but the truth is that they are detrimental to our performance.
These processed foods contain refined carbohydrates, which give an instant boost of energy. However, it is consumed quickly, leaving us KO within a few hours.
Better opt for real food as fruits, nuts, oats ...
[ This is how they scam you with healthy snacks]
5) Eat something every few hours
You must treat your body as if it were a machine, like a car that does not work without fuel.
That is why it is imperative that you eat food throughout the day if you want to stay active. The ideal is to eat five meals a day. If you only do three, the hours before the next intake you will be super tired, having already used up all the fuel.
6) Drink fluids continuously
Just as important as eating healthy food throughout the day and every few hours are also continually drinking fluids. If you are dehydrated, your ability to concentrate and your memory will be negatively affected. Water, tea, coffee ... whatever you want, but you must drink every hour, at least.
Now you have all the keys to stay productive during the day and avoid fatigue. If even applying them you perceive that they do not solve anything, go to the doctor, since it is possible that you have a deficit. In very simple terms, Alive After The Fall 2 is a survival book authored by Alexander Cain, a biblical scholar, and professor of ancient history. According to the author, this is the book to help you come through unscathed after the attack that will leave close to 300 million American dead in its wake. The EMP attack will lead to chaos of unprecedented proportions. There will be no electricity, no food, no clean water, and no way to preserve your perishable items.
